Teedoff Posted January 13, 2021 Posted January 13, 2021 As I understand it, residents are required to go offline whenever there may be a minor in the apt, so I believe residents are able to go UM themselves.

ze81 Posted January 13, 2021 Posted January 13, 2021 They probrably have some kind of acess to internet conection and therefore when they want,need to go offline they use it..but its just a gess.
