You don't have to know that you're breaking a law to be guilty of a crime. If they did agree, outside of the apt, to tell that lie on camera, then in addition to the lie, they are guilty of conspiracy to commit fraud. I had no opinion in the forum as I studied the video and guest clearly askes question about porn and whether Dana liked porn.
