Well, a little analysis. I could be wrong:

C&S - I wrote in one topic last week. About C&S hard dispute - not about swing/fuck other girls/guys. It is global and Clara is optimist, and Stas is pessimist. This is about VH income. Stas have a job in this city (more profitable than VH now for them). And I doubt that they will move. Moreover, again, Stas said, need to leave the project and focus on business. Last time - week ago. So C&S - I bet bye-bye.

Kate&Molly - it makes no sense. They have big pool of friends in this city. In another country, they cannot survive - for there will be no guys/friends.

Chris&Dana - Dana studying at university, Chris - works in this city. But they are quite sociable. No problem with english (C&D) and french (Dana). That is - they would find new friends quickly in new country. But - study and work. So 50/50.

Hunter&Piper - they have been unhappy with poor income lately and look other possibilities. But 50/50.

Viki&Kate - no problems. Only family. And the zoo🐕🐶🐱  (transport private zoo in EU is very difficult). So 70% to move and back in VH.

I don’t know about others, but rather not. What is the point spending money on relocation and starting advance payment - if participants do not earn? Not even for VH/Manager, but for the participant.

it's not the zoo which makes the problem; the problem is that the're NOT EU citizens;  moving to any EU country to do such business could be very difficult and costly for them. I mean visa, work permit, etc

Ukr -  90 days in EU = free every 180 days (2x90 in one year). Only bio passport + some money.

Intèresting.Personaly i hope two houses and residents return..Chris&Dana and Viki&kate.But think will be just easier,easy route for managers of those houses to open houses in other countries with new residents that already are in them.

One thing about this which is truly amazing is that it involved all of the apts in an entire country. I can see a shake down racket targeting a single apt, but for them to be able to compromise all of the apts in a whole country seems like a much bigger problem. I sincerely hope that everyone involved is at least safe. I hope that VHTV is sparing no expense to keep it that way. 

If it is the Ukrainian "Mafia" who are no Mickey Mouse outfit I am not surprised.This is the way of leeches.But as you say safety for all concerned is paramount.

At this moment in time I personally hope everyone is OK.Who does or doesn't return surely is secondary just now.

yep! what a shame they live in country in which most vulnerable people are exposed to such danger like mafia, bribes. That always happens when a business isn't protected by the law, criminals are encroaching and simply do the job.That should be the reason of deep embarrassment for their police, government and others, who doesn't take a care of the girls!

Yeh totally agree.I don't want to go too deeply into the subject and become boring but under the old Communist regime(Ussr)this sort of thing would not have happened but as we all know the political product they had back then in my opinion had it's own type of censorship and hard line rule.I think everyone knew when Communism fell it only opened the door to corrupt Capitalism which in turn allowed Mafia gang type culture to flourishNothing new I know but this VH situation is typical of the way they operate.What I don't get is that if VH closed their Odessa APTS.for good everybody loses.Nothing for us and no income for the criminals.Am I being over simplistic.!

When only the locations of places have been compromised it might be enough just to move them all to new appartements.

Changing apartment will not solve anything.
I see only 2 options
Or negotiate with the "militia", gang etc ..... (and this is dangerous because they will want ever more)
Or move to another country
