Apartments that are made exclusively for cam web girls are like you said 3,4(maybe an couple more)but even in a lot other houses it become very usual cam shows,I understand why VH does it(demand of course)but i don't feel the site it seems the same,for me it's become more like voyeur villa for exemple and less like rlc.Think for long time they had an good balance but feel it's gone..it's more and more about sex and less and less about watching amateur people that have sex with good regularity in cams.Its always their decision the routes they take,but of course some will like it,others won't.Just to put in perspective..i remember paying maybe 30$ for three,four houses online..if was now and half of those 4 houses were cam girls shows..i wouldn't pay one cent. I know what you mean, but I still count that a bad show which is not believable for most people. you can definitely fake your orgasm ( at least for women, I am not sure how men can fake it). I personally don't like to watch a cam show, I might look at it for a few minutes then I get bored, unless there is something special about them (group show, first time swap,... ) but I am not against them passionately, as some members are.
