Yes, a better filtering system is probably necessary...But they might have trouble filling the apts then, and fall back on even more recycled girls... Yes, RLC should definitely be more clear with the tenants, about what is expected, before they join the project. I agree they need to set up recruitment guidelines and filter the new girls more objectively while telling them what is expected of them on this project. The probation period must be tag with their 'standard salary', deducted accordingly so that RLC don't lose much from bringing in a girl for 20 days & have to pay for her ticket back home. Of course we are NOT looking for them to be showgirls but they must know that this project is sexual, it is live pornography and so they themselves must be open & willing to share their sexuality with the audience. If they keep their sexuality to themselves in the non-camera bathrooms or off-cam outside with guys, then they have no reason to be in this project. This must be reiterated to every new girl so that they know they are sort of on a clock and are expected to 'DO SOMETHING' which the audience can actually see!
