Some might argue yes if you go by the general definition, but sexually I say no. One couple from an apartment on the same project visiting another, and having sex with their partner seems pointless to me.

Is there any significance in that four of the offline apartments are all in the +5 GMT time zone plus another from the same zone has just closed? Local problems?

Edit: To clarify the reason for my post. This is not a complaint about them being offline, But is concern that there is something else going on, not just Maintenance or ISP issues. Are the residents OK?

but on the contrary VHTV right now blooming of subs as never before, the amount of money tenants do at the present moment is huge.but from viewers side yeah they tenants take the sleeping to a completely new level,very boring at the moment, but i guess its a circle, what goes up has to go down 😄

Yes. I was shocked when I found out how much audience manipulators (D&I/V&M) earn. Unfortunately, many apartments that are trying to do something earn much less.

There will be no any new good participants. You can’t do business with this. It is better to hire sofa defender - who will manipulate fantasies (by the way - absolutely stupid and unfounded) of audience, in fact, all time doing nothing.

And - policy of punishments from VH. For example, recently - young people celebrated end quarantine near one of clubs in Kitay-gorod (Moscow)

Find young, active people - who will have fun, organize VPISKA with occasional events/sex, beautiful guests are easy. Especially if manager are interested people in money, at the level of doing nothing from Val&Marcus. 

But this is a catastrophic failure in current VH policy. First - maximum of second vpiska ends -500$. Next closing apartament. The manager will lose 1000-2000 dollars in this (rent/fines).

Therefore, it is much more profitable and safer to recruit 150% of safe people who will lie on sofas.
