If i had to guess (may be wrong because don't know the nature of all that phone calls they did during the afternoon, but was a constant) she is trying to dispatch this one pretty quickly (but seems to be failing on that because the guy isn't helping) and are waiting for other "guests" later who knows what may be happening in that corner.. ...
