You're right. Transmitting a video, aka streaming. would also be defined
as transmitting a string or signal of images. But, where it all starts, ie at
the cams in the apts in this case, it's just a signal of what the lens sees.
It's not considered a video until someone records it. In other words, a
recording of the signal of images a lens sees. Ms. Attorney! 😁
