It's been an absolute pain for a good few hours now. VHTV at it's best

Were the same,cams slow to load or reloading constantly.Hope we can have the Christmas days in VH with few tec problems.

We had 40 minute long problem at EU. Sorry for that, fixed by now.

Well in Europe still not working,,all cams stop and just loads and then stop.

Almost four hours later and still not working,same loading and freezing issues from hours ago.

Did you report it to Support? Did they help you? If not, could you please tell me support ticket number?

Well reporting it to support doesn't always help. My support ticket for the cam in Freddys bedroom went back and forth for a week with nothing getting done, the result was the cam being taken offline, not being fixed, but just removed from the cam options.

I spoke back and forth golfer, with varying excuses,  cable etc, now they say it's a software issue?? I think they just gave up and took it offline, never to be seen again probably.
