As I have said, it is OK watching a live stream with no trouble at all. It only starts to Buffer when I try to see anything in the timeline, and all the tabs are doing the same and it is happening at all times in the past 24hrs. It started over night. Everything was working fine yesterday when I went to bed at about 2300hrs CET. I put the computer back on at about 0600hrs CET this morning, when I tried to see what happened over night in the timeline all the tabs were Buffering. They charge premium and outages like this happens too often. As I say something must have happened overnight. I am facing this issue since Friday. I opened a ticket and VHTV technical support either investigating it or ignoring it during the weekend. I provided all the details (chrome network trace and javascript console error screenshots) The problem I have with the approach is that why VHTV needs me to send network traces? Once they have my public IP, they can trace all failed requests from my IP during the time period and drill into the errors. I went through network traces that the errors are HTTP 503. this is more detail: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Status/503 "The HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) 503 Service Unavailable server error response code indicates that the server is not ready to handle the request. Common causes are a server that is down for maintenance or that is overloaded." As such, the problem has nothing to do with my environment. I can say we don't take it to heart and don't follow advises and "commands" given here direcly. But we listen and apply changes to VHTV's multi-segmented business structure.
