He will have to be (and maybe fail) what the manager business tell him to be. he have no motivation at all to be here for a very long time

unfortunately this is not going to happen.
Nina is now coming off the project, and it's not for treatment.
Possibly this must have been the result of the meeting she had with George earlier.
