We just know the following information or factual: We know that George tends to keep his rentals. So his apartments will have turnover until the become profitable for a while. I think last night was an audition for the guests. They didn't do well.... Joe and Edda have an eye on the project. They did not give up. Joe is here to stay. We won't see Edda perform alone very often I see George pre-calculates his moves very well. Based what we saw last week in this place, George does not have an immediate new move right now. So we have to just wait and hopefully we will be impressed by his business acumen. 1
