Since PM's can still be a problem, and because this is a public issue, anyway, please express your opinion. My feeling is that pictures, identifying information about the tenants real life, and stuff garnered from the Internet and their personal social media should not appear, and should only be shared with Private Messages among friends. As for guessing and making speculations based on your interpretation of what you see happening in the apartment, I believe we should have absolutely NO restrictions. POST YOUR OPINION or squirrel will chew your radiator hose... This is a member driven board. Not quite a mob-driven board quite yet. Maybe. Kinda sorta. That is their own personal lives, and what they do in their own personal lives outside of the apartment confines shall not be discussed in open Forum Boards of any apartment." The key word in this rule is " discussed ". Definition of discussed : To examine, or consider (a subject ) in speech or writing. Pretty plainly stated where I come from ! I believe I am reading something written in print. Commonly known as writing ! Regarding outside activities, speculative or not. IMO This is what the rule states as fact !! Would be to remove this topic from this, the Leora and Malia thread, Put it in the home page topic section. But not allowing any specific tenants name to be used. Then perhaps you can answer the question that @moos54 find so difficult.....I have no problem with certain speculation, but where if at all is the “ cut off point “ ? For my answer, I'd tell you the same thing I said to Pepe that he chose to ignore. If you actually took time to look at other threads, you'd know that people have been speculating about tenants for years. And I mean ALL tenants, past and present, male and female. My opinion is this, speculation isn't truth and therefore I see nothing wrong with it. I think people should take a certain responsibility on what they speculate, but I also think the other people reading should take a bigger responsibility not taking speculation as fact. But I do not think people should be restricted from posting what they think, and I'm someone who ignores pretty much 99% of speculation because I'm not stupid enough to believe that everything I read about the tenants is truth. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
